It has helped me pay off my school loans (I'm a registered nurse) brought passion to my job part-time real estate investor and something I am interested in to work towards in future.

It can even be converted to a one bedroom AirBNB by removing window near bathroom in master suite and replacing it with entry door, deleting internal master suite door to living room, that's another conversation tho :) I was able to rent to our targeted tenant pool of healthcare workers, two nurses will be roommates.I have a few pictures from an iPhone, not best quality.

Corporate/nurses monthly rentals?  

I like the numbers with 3 nurses in it way better than with 2 nurses in it. 

Another option is to consider making it a corporate rental or for traveling nurses.

We have the Medical Doctor, Physician’s Assistant, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistants etc.

I am a psych nurse by trade, but have always had a desire to be an entrepreneur.

It is typically used by travel nurses, but I have rented to several traveling contractors.
