I have been a licensed real estate sales agent for about a year and before that I worked in corporate property management of self storage facilities, urgent care facilities, hospitals, and office buildings.

What they did is they paid someone to customize their CRM to incorporate their cold calls and it would automatically create a record.

On a personal level I previously used InfusionSoft and am now using Kartra but it needs some customization to incorporate note tracking. 

For instance no debt may be incorporated and the purchase must happen simultaneously, to name a few requirements.

Which is why we're also thinking about incorporating in Nevada and and doing business in CA.Any advice and feedback on what we should do - or what we should also take into account - would be greatly appreciated!
