Options to buy out sibling
Hello, I have ran multiple businesses & have always been waiting till a good chance to get into real estate investing. Unfortunately my mom passed a few months & left my brother & I our childhood home we grew up in. As a business women living in Atlanta, Ga. I would like to use the property as my first investment. The property is in Memphis, Tenn, the home was purchased & is free & clear now, it has appraised for around 90-95k. Investors in the area are making offers. The property is in very good condition. Am looking for suggestions on how to buy my brother out, without adding more personal debt, as my husband & I are buying a new home this year. I considered putting the home under my newly incorporated non profit ot put under a LLC. Am open for suggestions.
Thanks I’m Advance,
Jai
