I think you are de-sensitized to the hype of what is going on there, probably because you've lived there for so long.

This is what I mean:House 1: 0.57acre, mostly level lot (very uncommon in my area), no neighbor to left (land is unbuildable), no home directly across, end of cul-de-sac, lake view, backs up to nature preserve, holding pond borders lot, utility easement (grass, not a dirt road) across the front and along side of property, limited to 2 car garage and driveway, sunken basement (no walkout option), plumbing rough-ins in basement.

Or are you staging your properties yourself with your own furniture and dealing with the headache of design, staging, de-staging and of course storage? 

My rental is in Delaware. 

It was built in 1910 and is a semi detached (I guess you would call it, one side of the house shares a wall with neighbor) 3 bed room 2 bath city home in Little Italy Wilmington, DE. 

They keep telling me to tag 100 or 200 properties and send out 3 rounds of post cards, and yah de dah...
