I suspect that the locals from markets on that list will have something to say in defense of their turf.  

I am focused mostly on u of a economy as a defensive play that is de-coupled from the macro economy at large.

My wife and I are just getting started with Notes --but we threw ourselves into learning as much as we could in 30 days before going to the Note Investor's Summit 2015 in San Diego (so we wouldn't be dazed and confused for the whole convention) and it was 100% worth the effort.There is another conference come up in Las Vegas put on by Paper Source.

Do some reading, speak with a few of the plan providers, and confer with your tax advisor before moving forward.
