I’ve found the best solutions to most of these “guests can’t figure out …” issues is to automate or eliminate them.

It won't allow carry out showings and inspections for you but it will enable you to automate or streamline a lot of the day-to-day tasks (rent collection, tenant screening, accounting, etc), giving you more time for other things.

Free is great if you are just starting and can deal with all FUS personally but if you want full integration and automation the paid is what you want.

I'm not sure there is a way to do an automated / vote based ranking system that can't be gamed.

We are able to focus on real estate full-time due to our eCommerce business being automated/self running  (dropandcatch.com), but are still always looking for creative ways to take on more deals/network/learn from others.

Does anyone have experience with any automated solutions that sync with your bank accounts?

To your second point, we're currently working on automating this property feed so that we can notify users of promising properties when they hit the market.
