I have 7 properties and 25 doors and usually spend about 2 hours a week on management which also includes a few trips to the bank during rent time plus 2.5 hours a week driving to visit all the properties on Saturday afternoon to make sure all the maintenance has been done and there’s no trash in the yards I need to pick up and to check two coin op laundry sites, etc. it would be much faster but the two properties the farthest away from each other are about a 50 minute drive away from one another.

I saw a lot of good answers but was also surprised about a few I didn't see.If they want to see the house on Friday afternoon or Saturday and they want to move in right away and maybe they have the full months rent and deposit in cash. 

I know a lot of these guys are based in Southeast Asia... hows the language barrier and do they work the hours you need them to work (afternoons and dinner time in the US)?

My landscapers tell me that he gets there early in the morning and leaves late afternoon, staying in his car the entire time.I approached the individual today and he was very hostile.
