Just make sure the text is for agent licensing exams for the basics, I don't really recommend any guru book, especially the TV types, just follow the blog advice, you should be fine.

I spoke with an experienced realtor today, and he told me something I thought I would pass on.He told me that here in Colorado, part of the recent foreclosure increase has been homes owned by inexperienced real estate flippers.He said that many people are rushing into the REI business, spurred on by the various infomercials and TV shows that feature flipping homes.

I watch numerous property TV shows (such as the property brothers), or that one show where they buy a house via auction and all they're allowed to do is look at it from the outside, make the decision to bid, and instantly they can make $60,000 just by buying it or by a real downer where they have to fix a bunch of stuff before they sell again....
