@Dmitri Korobov In areas like San Francisco, it' like where I am in Orange County, there's an appreciating market, and finding real "deals" are extremely rare, escpecially what would be considered "wholesale".

If you had 24 seller financed homes out here though you're looking at 12M minimum in orange county at least.
