Sorry, ex-engineer and use too many TLA (three letter acronyms).The liabilty and lien and responsibility of the principals I get - I'm just curious about how much the title insurance will cover.

I'm an engineer currently and make damn good money in a very stable industry, I want to evaluate this as best I can before jumping behind the helm of a business like this.

If so, that usually requires an architect or an engineer to sign off on the design.

The major engines driving it are safety concerns and restaurants/service industry not at full capacity.

I got a pretty good deal on a 2 unit 1 lot property.Front home is 3/2 in current setup, 2 livbing areas, garage converted poorly to a room, kitchenBack is 1 bed, bath, living and kitchen unpermitted From what I have been able to dig up to get  the back strucutre permitted, I need  2 parking spacesa gas meter get unit up to building code either site map or engineering map ( what would be difference other than costs?
