Maybe another couple year window for investors I think....but I'm just going on what I see......I don't think the big Corporations getting into it is any worry to us...as soon as they take over and standardize everything, the magic is gone, they'll screw it up for sure....they can't replicate the 'Mom and Pop' feel.

Simply don't buy a building if it has owner paid heat or buy the building so cheap that you can convert it.There is nothing magical about larger buildings.
