It seems that most tenant screening sites include criminal background checks by default, with no way to omit them.Ideally I'd like to find a slick, integrated screening/management system a la RentRedi, Cozy, Buildium, etc that gives me the option to edit the application questions and omit the criminal background portion of the screening process.

EDIT: Ah, it's actually in the DelCo Conditions of Sale that, "Any bidding above costs for a property shall begin at the upset price...The upset price will be viewed as the least amount acceptable by the plaintiff."
