Because our inventory is heavily weighted with one-bedrooms, we don't have very many children and all of our tenants with children either have stay-at-home relatives or school jobs so that child care won't be an issue.

Without really digging to deeply in the numbers, this could show that average wages being weighted more heavily on the higher end of the wage spectrum than the lower.The median shows that there are more people earning a lower wage, which is why the median is significantly lower between 1990 and 2018, with the gap from the average numbers and lower numbers widening.

I know some of you landlords have a weight limit on dogs...for example a "not to exceed 25 pounds" clause.Is this weight limit typically a "CURRENT" weight or is this a eventual full grown weight?
