I actually gave a deposition in the case on the side of the ground rent owners.

All my properties are in the Fort Worth/Keller side of the metroplex right now, but I don't plan on staying that way long.  

I was born and raised in southern CT and I think I have a good idea of what's what in the area and hope that will be an asset to me in local real estate.I currently work 9-5 as an engineer at a small design and consulting firm and I'm looking to enter into the real estate market on the side (for now!).

How do I get them in hot water with the insurance commission?

Also, what kinds of properties are "hot" on the valley?

She ultimately went in a completely different direction...literally-the addition is now out the side which maxed out 16' wide. 

Now Riley I can see both sides here to why Charlie Fitzgerald has a point, which is to have the integrity in your work but that comes with knowledge and educating yourself and even so having a mentor or just give you pointers here and there.

I have done Venture point before, on the co-workspace side, I got a good monthly deal and it worked out really well when I was using it for my web design work, and I might go with them again, but  haven't seen recent pricing.

Per our lease agreements, each side should be compensated with $1,600 if break the lease.
