It basically outlines what many of the risks are  - screw up your payments and you're paying interest, who shouldn't do it - folks who aren't organized or disciplined, etc. 

We started with a 315k property in the Bay Area and have grown to much larger projects.

Offering 70% of list on 2 offers with a random agent and no organization to back you while hoping to profit heavily from someone else’s property – sounds like you haven’t a clue.

My schedule is finally set, my commitments are organized and I am ready to start this with all I can muster.
