. :)There are a few REIAs in the Twin Cities area, most are found on www.meetup.com and one is leaving that platform to become a Facebook-only group: www.twinreia.comI joined MnREIA as an online member to be able to post properties for sale to the group of investors but have not been involved otherwise.My impression is that the majority of the REIAs in the area are more focused on wholesaling and flipping, while buy-n-hold is represented, but quietly.Perhaps the local BP Meetup will be different (I just joined and have yet to attend one of their meetups).
