Good morning!  I'm looking into attending / joining the Minneapolis based MnREIA.  Are others members and / or would you recommend that I join.  My husband and I are buy and hold real estate investors in the Twin Cities metro, primarily northern region, with 30+ units in our current portfolio.  Thanks!   Karen

We belong to mnreia it is relatively inexpensive and provides some learning opportunities, mixed with some sales. So if you can ignore the no money down buy a 50 unit apartment stuff there are some good educational speakers. Networking is fairly good, but there are a lot of people there for the get rich quick stuff. With that said they have a couple hundred people at monthly meetings and the small group meetings a dozen or two. Networking is there, but you may need to filter a bit. Hope that helps.
