Wow, my cleaner takes care of the grill when she flips the house.

The Landlord should send a professional cleaner through and clean behind the stove and in all the cabinets.

He was cleaner than me, very quiet, and a genuinely nice guy.  

He will continue to pay rent as normal just to keep the books a little cleaner.  

They'll move in and see problems and complain about the smallest, weird things.Whereas, if you wait and show it while it still smells like fresh paint and the carpets have stripes from the vacuum cleaner, in their minds the place is in great shape and they will overlook things.It's the same idea as curb appeal.

If painting, TSP cleaner to remove oil and grease, followed with a shellac based primer (Zinser BIN).  

I'd also avoid open vanities, because people need somewhere to put their toilet cleaner and hide ugly stuff like that.What about something like this? 

Scrub the walls with a mildew/mold killing cleaner, same with the carpet. 

We have a cleaner, a handyman, a plumber / HVAC contractor, a flooring company and local sources for all our necessary supplies. 

I’m looking out for the mom and pop shop down the street or the mom and pop dry cleaners around the corner.
