Charles,You make some really good points.Well thought out.I might throw in that these are talking points that an investor would want to discuss with the seller during the pre-foreclosure stage of the process.In most cases, these sellers are not aware of their options and certainly don't know how each of these adverse events will affect their credit.Good information.
