Traditionally, the economy is more resource-based - particularly in the smaller communities - and we have an ageing population (the young have been streaming to Alberta for a generation, then returning east to retire).Now about that market correction, it's been overdue for a few years, but the current trajectory continues to diverge from the underlaying economic fundamentals which should make folks more cautious when analysing prospects.

I also wouldn't put people who say be cautious as not wanting people to succeed because of their own fear.

I think its going to turn out well but I am cautious with large investments so I really appreciate everyone's input.

I would be very cautious. 

The last 2 are well past the year if they were tenant occupied and the "act" applied to them.Maybe I am being overly cautious, but it doesn't make sense.

Although somewhat cautious on sticking my toes into the honey dew I can be somewhat of an adventurer and don't mind investing in more speculative opps in smaller $$$ increments to start with.
