Well, now I could care less about his feelings and am curious if I can bring in 40 yards of rock, and pour a nice concrete road from the state road to the edge of my property and still be within my legal rights.

The house is not being taken care of at all and I would love to offer to buy the house.

Many of them only have one thing in mind and that is putting money in their pocket and do not care about the end investors interest.  

Depending where you got them from, you have to be careful how you sell them.
