I can’t speak to the numbers since I have not seen complete plans and specs and finishes level of construction site conditions etc. but overall they look average for a typical straightforward project with vinyl siding or fiber cement siding shingle roof mid grade level of finish.

Unfortunately they don't have their own specs for escapes so they're just deferring the engineers.

The only way you could convince me to that is if you had developed a full set of engineered plans, a spec book, and a detailed bid package that included exactly what my scope of work is.

I move to a place in Twentynine palms and the outside is full of rats at night and now I can hear them in my attic under my sink and in my wall the landlord is trying to tell me I bring the and its a smell of dead mice in my attic and he tells me I have to go in the attic and replace battery my boyfriend and his friend went in there and almost got sick from the **** and piss that's up there what do I do
