Property management platform Appfoliio, which is very good, will automate this for you and automatically calculate and bill the tenants, and they can pay electronically.  

As far as my business goals, I would love to learn to automate most of what is needed and be less involved by having a team who trusts each other doing what they do best.Hopefully I can connect and network with other investors, mentors, lenders, etc in the area as you never know who will come along and help build a successful working relationship/partnership with. 

That includes automated valuations such as a Zillow, Trulia, Redfin estimate.

Based on my estimates I'd net about $500/month.At the same time, I'm wondering if the money would be better used for buying/starting a business assuming I could systemize/automate it as much as possible?

Does anyone in the group have extensive experience using list automator and exporting/importing Data and filtering marketing lists?
