I like I remind folks that judgements against them, registered at Court of Queens Bench, will become a publicly searchable document & hinderance to many things including but not limited to: - obtaining utilities in their name- obtaining a loan -obtaining the latest iPhone on credit-obtaining future housing-obtaining employment Bob can continue to pay his friend to pretend he’s a lawyer (or maybe he really is?)

I always personally appraise properties myself because I believe that I am better than 99.999999% of appraisers (unless it is a super expensive kind of niche property like appraising Apple's new donut-shaped office).

Also, if you have Netflix, sharing your Netflix account on a Roku or Apple TV is also a benefit you can offer.

I think you just aren't comparing apples to apples since they are in different geographic locations which can affect rates. 

So it isn't exactly apples to apples.  

Have my team be able to make real time edits like google drive/docs (that means cloud based, preferably a web app with iPhone and android apps)Those are the main things.

Some seller concessions may not be in the best interest of the seller..for example if there are multiple equivalent strong or cash offers and do not include a seller concession, apples to apples and net result to seller, I would advise a seller to accept the offer with no concession.

There are easy simple iPhone apps that can make business/personal miles easy to track.
