Biggest job 'permitted' by my town was the complete design, install & wiring/flow rate monitoring of complete fire sprinkler system for a 6 unit.

Even if "[m]ore tenants are likely to download movies that use a lamp to do something illegal", I am no more liable for one than the other.Now, if you are going to monitor your tenants network traffic and become aware of illegal activity, that changes the situation [never mind, that you would be breaching privacy law yourself].

Also the activity has to be monitored by the brokerage that is holding the agents license.Each state is different which is why the agent starting this thread needs to see what applies in their state and how it's worded.

The tenant has access to the space, whaterver they use it for, it's up to them, and you can't necessarily monitor that. 

To tag someone you start to type the @ symbol and there name at the bottom of the post reply box below the monitor topic it should pull up their name.

. , here's what I did that worked surprisingly well: I held a sheet of the paper up to my monitor and I adjusted my view on the computer (I was using Word) until it was almost exactly the size of my paper.

Every town has there own little hoops that they make you jump through from size of wire you use to the monitoring used to send the signal to the fire dept.
