Hi, my name is Richard and I'm new to BiggerPockets.I'm looking for advice on how to evaluate and analyze different real estate markets.

Then I read a ton of Richard Kiyosaki's books, decided in-order to save and invest at least 30% of my income I wanted to make more money so I can put more of it away in order to invest in Real Estate, private placements, or what have you.

@Richard McDonald, you are saying purchase and rehab will be approximately 36K and it should sell for 80K?  

hey Denise, you should definitely check with a few people and have at least a minimum of 3 bids to get a rough idea, checking out their past work. add my friend Tom to the list, 201-575-5137. they do full interior and exterior renovations. also depends on how much manpower is needed, but i think it's fair to say this may be a typical 3 person job, depending on how fast you want it done too.

@Brad Richards I am not sure I understand your question completely.

Its a lie they tell to get you to pay them for their "programs" or "mentoring" or "boot camps".Richard is exactly right that this business is all about a LOT of hard work.
