I need help thinking outside the box on fix/flip funding

I'm all cash @$26k in a solid $80k ARV SFR flip. The property is ready for paint and finishing touches. I'm less than $10k from finishing. I had a great opportunity on a three unit and used my cash. I have no available credit, no debt, and poor credit score. Any ideas on obtaining funding on the last $10k?
