The reason I started to focus on single family homes when I started 15 years ago was that they are the most hands-off: the tenant does everything (lawn, snow) and there are no interactions with other tenants.

Like the 400 agents mentioned above.Or doing Toast masters, starting small and adding incremental challenges, until you get past you can see the end of the tunnel to where you keep moving forward because there has to be an end to the tunnel, overcoming Male/Female interaction, scaling to where you realize they are only zeroes same story, getting a team around you for your shortcomings.

So I have interacted with literally hundreds of students who have paid the 20 to 50k for the courses.And the whole reason I was at these events was that at the end of the training many realized crap this is a lot of work looking for that one unicorn deal I think I will just buy a rental and call it a day.
