Still a lot of land here in CA despite the image of it being overcrowded.

This is particularly helpful for check payments, as nowadays banks provide the images online.I second the recommendation for going cloud-based.

My concern as you can imaging is if they are using that document as justification for purchases. 

It looks clean as hell in the images too! 

Google always has pretty up to date images on the maps app/feature.I then take these addresses and put them in an excel spreadsheet and I typically do some research on the county tax assessor site.

I also make it a best practice to refresh my ad images/videos every time I do as well. 

But images of Reno 911 from my childhood also come to mind.

I constantly tell people that real estate is hard, and get so much pushback from the people who have no actual experience and want to keep up the fantasy that it is easy money - or want to keep up the image of real estate as easy so they can sell something.
