Not to sound like a broken record here but as our colleagues above me have so eloquently stated you are not only crushing it but are paving the inspirational road for all to follow. 

I will be doing flips in the median price range or higher in the Tampa Bay area and don't want to always worry about my houses being broken into.

If the home is livable, he needs to just slow down on the upgrades.

I have explained in prior posts that a broken water pipe did severe damage to my house.

It's not a disclosure item or issue in any way, shape, or form.If the post had read something like "I've had a listing broken into for the 4th time......," well that's a little different.

@Ryan Terwilliger...Check out other Open Houses in the area, review the comps to see past sales and review exactly what upgrades were included.  

We only use ceramic on walls in bathrooms or kitchen backsplashes, as broken floor tiles are common and annoying to repair. 

(It would need some minor upgrades for that price).

Many times there are dangers (Sagging beams, loose wires, broken ducts, etc.) but don't assume everything is OK!!!
