The best way to max out your CF is to compound the use of your seed money (cash) by refinancing it and reinvesting it in the next, and the next, and the next...etc...Most people think too small and basic in their thinking.  

You're at the right place, just start reading and soak it all in.

I'm from Guelph Ontario, just getting started in REI, looking to soak up as much knowledge as a can.

I dont want to completely demolish, i just want it gone so i can put grass seed over it and have a normal backyard.
