It may cause a slight interruption in the short term, but in the long term you'd have your leasing protocols optimized and in your best interest. 

I was able to do all of that because I learned how to write sales copy, SEO, optimize YouTube, podcast -> Generate leads -> then drive to phone sales.

However, when I'm the one making the decisions I usually will try to optimize EVERY aspect and dither around... hence trying to find an accountability buddy (or course, in this case).

There's a lot of optimism that everything will just open up and go back to normal...But it's like anything in nature. 

But FICO has many different algorithms, that are optimized to lending in different industries.
