I use Zapier to monitor that email address, and upon receipt of that email, I have it send the guest the digital RA from SignNow.  

We are not typical camera watchers but since they were late getting out we kept monitoring to see if they were loading up their vehicle so we could let the cleaner know as soon as they were gone.
