@Jay Hinrichs I suppose it’s a good thing there are platforms such as BP that can help educate.

The premise of establishing an LLC for a partnership is sound, but I don't see any benefit for appearing 'legit' to a lender.  

If it worked I knew they were legit I dnt take peoples opinions if I can see for myself through somebody else.

You would also want to verify their license to make sure they are legit.

Wow sad these heartless people behind the scenes, but as of now the operation must be legit since they continue to promote these.

Like I said, I think if you got  deal from a yellow letter, I am convinced you would have gotten it as well (probably with less convincing  needed that you are legit) with a pro written letter.
