You'll just about certainly need to upsize central AC and furnace/blower, and change up ducting a bitTo kind of piggy back on all the above, and I'm biased as an engineer - if I were you I'd be wanting a good set of plans to even try this.

@Tim EhlersLOL I did not think one could blatantly solicit business on the forum side of BP.. so all your responses are from those that sell property.. so consider the source they are all bias to their areas.. :)Hopefully you will get some response from those that are not sales folks.. :)I do have first hand knowledge about kokomo though.. its a nice little under the radar burg.

If so, then you need to look at the Midwest - particularly Indianapolis [yes, I'm a little biased].One can find solid B-/C+ properties in great blue collar neighborhoods for around $65k [with recent full rehab] that rent for $800.
