You're talking about some broker-than-broke bozo who decides to rips off SNAP, SSI, the food banks, and HUD for the grand privilege of living in a cheap rental, maybe he has an illegal job on the side that brings in $150 bucks one week, $80 another, and Bozo spends that cash and what he manages to make trading half his food stamps and a big can of cling peaches away for his Kools, Crazy Stallion 40s, and a dime bag...Do you really think this is how America's going to flounder and fail?

And for the most part the remodel contractors have either been burned by investors so they wont front a dime.. or they have NO MONEY and cant do a job unless you front money..

I'm officially out from under them, but have not received a dime or a statement since August. 

One is committed to getting you caught up in their marketing channel and getting every dime possible out of you, while the other is committed to seeing you succeed.

With boilers, you want to make sure you have changed all the parts that wear as they can Nickle and dime you.

I mention their names only so anyone on BP can watch out for them or similar HML middle men trying to get paid on other people's dimes.  

Arm yourself with knowledge and you will never waste a dime.

Then something needs to address the 54%+ citizenry who don't pay a dime, yet receive $.

No need to spend another dime on real estate seminars.
