The penalty for that photo room rose to $1800 and then the tenant argued that he was not liable to pay the $1800 because we did not give him a proper notice of some sort (can't remember his argument).The next and most critical reason I sold the properties is because the rents in Las Vegas are too low and every time a tenant moved the properties were destroyer.
