This past October I married the woman of my dreams, we went back to Virginia for the wedding and paid for everything ourselves.

I've got several deals in mind, so I'm going to meet with the woman, find out how far she wants to go, then put one of these under contract and get going.  

I looked at the cute little house that you like on Zillow and whoever bought it at the foreclosure sale for $39,700 got "the deal".

Think of it along the lines of "dismal".In addition, this woman has to struggle to make her income through not one but two jobs, the second one involving just one very rent pay stub.You MIGHT consider her if your rent was in, say the $650 to $700 range.
