You may encounter the same issues though as it will likely be ACH payments.Zelle is a great option to avoid the issues with ACH but you don't have the option to block partial payments, automate late fees, etc.

Things like a query tool that pulls records out based on various criteria, an automated mail merge utility that doesn't use word, a reformatting utility, etc. 

My plan is to automate through VA's, etc and to increase direct mail mailings, marketing to grow as I can afford it.
