If you have old windows and window blinds are left open this will bake the inside as well.

Just because you choose to invest OOS does not mean that you can go in blind.

I would not get blinded by the fact that they are making 200k+ year. 

., yes they lived by the principle of take more shots BUT too many forget they didn't say to do it blind-folded.

The goal is to be doing about four of these a year.I'd love to hear any advice someone might have, experiences, and definitely holes in my plan that I'm blind to.
