Lay it out your process however your like, delete (or hide) rows of properties that don't work out; move/copy completed purchases to another sheet where you can start managing them -- OR import the data to your favorite web-based PM app :)Alternative: use a CRM-like SaaS app such as Pipedrive and customize your acquisition steps/process.

Personally I had zero luck getting into wholesaling, there are way too many people out there trying to be wholesalers because they think it's the easiest way to make quick cash, and they think it's a simple thing that you can do with no money (or almost no money.)In reality what often happens is no one takes you seriously and you have to try to really hide what you are actually doing, because as soon as anyone involved (sellers, banks, other investors, brokers, agents, etc) find out that you are a "wholesaler," you lose all credibility and they avoid you like the plague.
