A vacated deal might be better than a "shotgun wedding", y'know?

We have a good steady pace of traffic at our STR houses here, lots of conventions, weddings, family gatherings, and also a steady pace of business travelers during the week. 

Be careful that the person you contact with the city is Not trying to present some grand image of things and that they are a realist.  

I'll be flying into Raleigh next week with a client on Tues/Weds.
