In wealthy areas, crime is over reported.

I've heard Brandon Turner talk a TON about the GOBundance mastermind group (whose tagline is "Healthy, Wealthy, Generous Men Who Choose to Lead Epic Lives!")

Likely a large group will be those with minimal incomes not the ultra wealthy.

It's easy pickings to get riled up about the "scammers" that you perceive to be faking illness or getting over, but the true drain to our tax dollars and wasteful spending is happening far, far above them in our political system, government and military spending, and tax advantages to corporations and the extremely wealthy. 

However the real estate business doesn't have a cap.I want to be wealthy and set up my family and I have realized in most situations employees can't be wealthy.  

Not to be too gloomy, but people have destroyed their marriages and/or killed themselves after getting buried under crushing debt that they had every intention of using to become wealthy. 

Although you may only make 15k, you still have the same 24 hours as the wealthy and rich.

Since your subject line is about the transferring of wealth, I am assuming that part of your concern is how to efficiently move some assets from your father to your immediate family.
