In my situation, I have a low income (15% marginal tax rate), so that means that I am only able to deduct that depreciation at 15%, but when I sell, I have to recapture the capital gains and pay a 25% rate.For a simple scenario, let's assume I bought the house and 20 years later I sell it for the same price - to mean, it's a wash.  

The activities of wife with respect to the rental properties included, among other things, cleaning common areas, collecting coins from washing machines, performing repairs at the properties, communicating with tenants, collecting and depositing rent, maintaining insurance policies, purchasing materials for the properties, as needed, paying bills and keeping books and records for tax accounting purposes.

That way the ceiling can be washed/wiped clean but still looks like normal ceiling paint.

Look for a mover that also has other stuff listed in their profile, this guy had stuff like power washing, crawlspace clean out etc listed. 

Although the overall cost is high, when you compare dollars - from a monthly expense, we are a wash with what my electric cost is (fully electric home).

If the tenant gives you lip but leaves I would put that to their personality and wash  my hands of them.Best of luck in the New Year.Phil

Sure it was, he doesn't care what someone does with the place if he gets his price.

A ton of good people have washed out in this economy and it leaves a lot of good people with bad credit who can't rent an apartment or a house.  

As long as I have a good policy with a wash loan, whenever I die, the same thing is going to happen: the cash value that was securing the loan is going to pay off the loan.
