So I'm not ready just yet to pull the trigger but I wanted to get some idea of how having a foreclosure on record will affect my ability to get financing.Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I've only invested in the stock market so far, been looking to get into real estate but haven't pulled the trigger yet. 

That way the property can be sold without triggering an issue with the financing. 

Build up mud in small increments and let fully dry before adding more mud otherwise it will crack on you, don't be in a rush.  

We feel like it can be cleaned up and rented for at least $650 per month but we have a lot of questions and we're a little nervous about pulling the trigger.

You spend so much time and so much money on chemicals to get it less clean with a longer drying time, I'll never DIY carpet cleaning again.

Now that I have the refi locked down and we are all on the same page, I'll be able to quickly pull the trigger on the next one that I come across.

, I am eager to pull the trigger and hold it down cause that baby is an automatic, if you know what I mean.
