Now regarding your current asset, I have witness many circumstances that have turned regular old CA multi 20 years later to mid level lottery style winnings with redevelopment.

You can share your goals and if you find someone that matches your style and goals, you can hook up and shadow them or assist them.

Growth here is crazy and big industry is moving here like it's going out of style. 

The training is awesome like KW, but the commission split is more my style, especially since I work with lots of investors who are always looking for "deals."  

Do everything you can to work everything out on paper first making sure your figures are as accurate and reliable as can be.Once you do that if you can determine your move would be a profitable one for you then consider what making the move would mean to you personally, how the move would affect your life style, your time, and daily life experience.If it looks like it would a win win situation for you then that would be a strong indication it's a greenlight but if not be ready to back down from doing it.You have got something working good now do not do anything that would or could jeapordize that.

But I can't necessarily say it has truly impacted the style in which I invest.  

@Julie HassettHere was my experience with the last property I bought with a wholesaler in Baltimore City: He "sold" the contract auction style - I was the highest bidder and the wholesaler sent me several documents, including a copy of the contract between him and the owner (plus an addendum lowering the price because my offer would have ate into the wholesaler's $3K profit). 

The building is resort style and has great building management.  

The pros or cons really depend on your own personal style.

Crown moulding choices are varied; I personally like the simpler, clean-lined angle-mouldings, even with a more detailed door style.
