Once your documents are completed along with your Operating Agreement, then have an attorney review the documents, this review to ask for is to the "form and function" (otherwise you'll get an opinion only so far as the forms being in good form for filing, not good enough!).

I haven't found any "apples to apples" because each of them have different underlying tech, support for leads, building websites (or not), integrated call/sms functionality (or not), reputation of the company behind it and of course price. 

I do hear that Knoxville and Nashville are enjoying some really robust market conditions and if that is the case then wholesaling in that form or function becomes much more difficult..

Are there attorney's and due diligence specialists that operate primarily online and would be able to service the entire country or are these functions that are typically done at a local level?

Interest rates are mainly a function of the risk a lender is taking.

Tell them you will try to do better to answer their question about the functionality of the home over the phone but if you continue to have to come out (and show them how to turn off a sink) there will be a small service call fee.
