Did your neighbor report the incident to the police?  

I did notice they said my system needs to be registered with the police in the city I am installing it for the monitoring to work.

We had to keep the footprint and a certain percentage of the old material to keep the tree police happy.

I spoke with the police about the problem they stated that its the people living next door to my property who the think is doing this home robbery.

:-)Yes, I realize you are upfront about this, but the fact is many people are attracted by those numbers that you admit can be a joke; and then when they see they are bogus, they get turned off to the legitimacy/honesty of the wholesalers posting.IMO, it is in your best interests long term to figure out a way to police this.

The police won't be able to help you unless you have evidence of who it is, and if you can get a license plate number then you can back track the issue.

Then, regardless of what happens with the police, I will start the eviction process.I don't really care about marijuana.

I would police the new PM to avoid this problem in the future.

Make it clear that an employee has already admitted to the theft of your property and you'd like to resolve this without having to file a police report. 

Call the police and report it.
