Need a business coach / mentor.

I'll often give them a reasonable percentage of the profits (as much as they'd have made if they had wholesaled it to me), but in return for doing some work, I'd mentor them through the deal as well.

What I really need is a mentor I guess.

If you go to the live class they teach  all that you mentioned, but hard sell a $10,000 mentoring program.

So a little info on the project: A man who I have done business with in the past and is actually a sort of mentor to me, has a 16-Unit building (and a 24-Unit we are also working on) in a C/C+-Class neighborhood in Milwaukee, WI.

In addition to having a mentor lined up I'm seriously considering getting my CA Real Estate Salesperson License.
