@Lisa Gass, welcome to BP. Are you working at a property management firm? If so you are probably in a wonderful position to reach out to investors and landlords for support. Why do you think you need a mentor? If you are already managing property you probably know more than I (and most of the landlords I know) did before we jumped in. Find a property you can purchase at a favorable price (market price and lower) and just begin. Real estate isn't that complicated.
